CLC Milling center is a first quality milling center that uses the latest technologies and innovation to help and support dental laboratories inside the digital workflow. The union between our technologically advanced machinery and our long experience in the dental field guarantees safe and predictable prosthetic solutions.
Cad Cam workflow
1. Data acquisition
The workflow begins with data acquisition made by the dentist in digital or in traditional way.
Traditional impression: the dentist sends the traditional impression to the dental lab that digitizes the cast model.
Digital impression: the dentist sends the digital impression as a .STL or .DCM. file to the dental laboratory.
3. Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM)
The CAD file is sent from the dental lab to the CLC milling center portal. The milling center will produce the prosthesis or the abutment.
4. Quality control
Every component is controlled in order to guarantee excellent quality product.
5. Product shipment
The product is sent to the dental lab to be finalised within 48/72 hours from the CAD file upload to the CLC Milling Center portal.
